John Kelly, a recent winner on the national tour, has over 10 years' experience playing and teaching golf. He is PGA qualified and NSPCC certified. Before turning professional John
had very successful amateur career while living in Southern Ireland gaining many top honors.
Serving his formative years under a very experienced PGA Professional at Hilton Park, John qualified from the PGA academy as one of the top assistants. John gained valuable
knowledge and understanding of the golf game and the diverse methodologies of teaching. This experience has played a major part in John's philosophy when coaching golfers of
varying degrees of ability.
As a golfer, John was taught by some of the best coaches in the country, and he derives great pleasure from sharing this knowledge and expertise with his pupils.
During his career, John has worked with golfers of all ages, abilities from complete beginners (children and adults), to professionals - One of John's pupil has recently started a
Scholarship in the states.
John believes that the days of standing in a practice area in the pouring rain are gone, that is why he created a state of the art swing studio which uses the latest teaching
software called GASP and then you can build that perfect swing plane on the Explanar.
