Our state-of-the-art coaching centre enables you to compare your swing with some of the world's top golfers and view the results on the big screen. You can also take advantage of our indoor 30ft square putting and chipping area. Once you have perfected your swing and short game you can select to play one of our challenging courses.

John believes that the days of standing in a practice area in the pouring rain are gone, that is why he created a state of the art swing studio which uses the latest teaching software called GASP and then you can build that perfect swing plane on the Explanar
Explanar
Here at Kames we are one of Scotland's biggest Explanar centres boosting three units that are available for training. The Explanar teaches the golf swing by
turning your swing thoughts into feelings, in the same way that stabilisers/ training wheels on a bicycle offer guidance during the process of learning to ride.
We all learn quicker by experiencing an action rather than through the spoken or written word.
Once you have learned the basic skill of balance, improving your technique becomes easier.
Gasp
At Kames we worked closely with the team at GASP to build a swing studio that will benefit both the beginner and the professional. GASP is well known as it's the technology that is used on SKY sports golf. With three camera's placed to allow you to view your swing down the line or face on, spotting your error in the swing is so much easier.

The main part of the state of the art coaching centre is the 6 bays used for driving or working on your iron play. There is also a target green for you to practice those 50 yard chips.
Indoor Putting
As about 50% of your shots are putts its surely beneficial to practice your putting that is why we have the 20ft Sq indoor putting green where you can practice your putting whatever the weather.
